Mr. Suleiman Gaal called the victims of the rigged, fraudulent Municipal elections Muj. Hassan Isse and others losers! “They will cool down as days go by,” he added! That was his pathetic and outrageous advice to the victims whose votes were manipulated and stolen as every body believes.

The question is; who is the loser here!? I believe it is the country and the people of Somaliland who are the losers. Who failed them!? Of course the two houses of congress and the presidency failed them!
The victims of the rigged votes and the targeted political parts are not losers; they are victims of vote rigging by the oligarchy government of Mr. Siilanyo,

Chairman Suleiman who was most of the time unaccounted for or missing in action while at the same time receiving his undeserved, not worked for salaries and allowances, from  the poor street vendors tax and who was silent all of the time broke his silence lately with this pathetic, disgraceful and outrageous advice to the victims of the fraudulent and  rigged elections which was organized by the government of (one is the nephew of the other) his cousin, Mr. Siilanyo who happened to be the president of the 2nd Republic of Somaliland!

The chairman said with out any remorse and with out any respect, this:
“The grievance of the losers will eventually cool down and the country will be alright!” This advice from Suleiman Gaal was an insult to those their votes were rigged, the leaders of the victimized parties and more so the souls of the young men and women killed by the government while demonstrating peacefully against their votes they believe were robbed in favour of (Kulmiye) what they called the government party.

The chairman of the Guurti Mr. Suleiman Gaal was missing in action when the following national tragedies and embarrassments happened under the ill-guided, ill-directed Siilanyo government:

1- Start from Kalshaale which is Suleiman’s tribal home land. People and property were lost there.
2- Buhudle. People and property were lost there
3- El Bardaale. Peaple and property were lost there
4- Khaatumu-which has been created unintentionally as I believe by Mr. Siilanyo himself but intentionally by Mr. Ali Galaydh and his group. People and property were lost there
5- Seemale. People and property were lost there.
6- Government engineered party selections before the voting where certain communities and personalities were targeted and their parties disqualified unfairly, unjustly as a result. Justice stampeded and properties lost there as well.
7- Fraudulent and rigged Municipal elections just concluded with out resolving the effects of that evil job
8- The killings of the innocent citizens of “Ahmed Dhakax” community and others who were exercising their right to show their grievance in a peaceful demonstration
9- Abdirahman Abdilkader the 2nd man of Kulmiye at the time, who was beaten cruelly and his post was given to Moh’d kaahim was in one hand criminal and on the other hand unwise to replace him with Mr. Kahin who is a cousin of the President!
10- Zeila issue relating to the election is still out standing and the complaining community is still in Hargeisa, and the government is dead silent about this

11- Mujahed Dhugad whose four children martyred for the liberation of Somaliland is ill and lie some where in Hargeisa, unnoticed and uncared because unlike Mr. Suleiman whom the liberation of Somaliland and the martyrdom I am talking about is foreign to him, does not have the means and the money Suleiman got from the account of the country Mujahed Dhugad fought for, and his children died for her liberation! What a paradox!

a) Ahmed dhakax community is the very one Mr. Suleiman Gaal took refuge in their houses at a time he almost caused a civil war during late President Egale’s administration. He was protected under the respectable Sultan Mohamed’s turban-“Cumaamad”
b) And don’t forget that chairman Suleiman was missing in action for about a year or so while cashing his salaries and allowances and other allowances for health reasons as we are told. I wonder whether the Somaliland constitution allows every body to do that and still keep his or her position while collecting their salaries!?

Conclusion

I would ask the chairman to take back his insensitive, misplaced and cruel advice back. I would ask him to apologize and seek forgiveness to all those victimized by Mr. Siilanyo’s oligarchy government.
It was the duty of chairman Suleiman and the duty of his house as well to solve all or some of the ten incidents mentioned above. That was their job in which they are paid for. The chairman did not do any thing of these tragedies. He even did not talk about these! He was missing in action, but the money was not!

In the name of UNITY, I am calling the government, the houses of congress and the people to talk to each other instead of talking at each other. This means the houses of congress which unfortunately Metamorphosed from representatives of the people to cabals and executive branch’s servants must respect the rights of the people and protect and safeguard the hopes and aspirations of Somaliland. They must work for the people and not for the executive branch which is astray in a long distance!

Before they do that they have to respect their own duty which is that they have to work for the people and NOT against the people!

They were not elected to make themselves available for the Presidency which has lost the trust of the people to use them against the people they represent! The two houses must represent the people and not their belly-and-pocket as the case is now!

What is happening in Somaliland these days is unconscionable and immoral.
We are approaching where the anger of Allah descends on such people who do what we are doing now [God forbid]

We must summon the conscience of the nation which is missing in action as the chairman was for long a time.
